					First saw Dr. Mar in tremendous pain with what turned out to be a slipped disc. After 2 adjustments and doing the stretches Dr. Mar recommended, I started feeling well enough to sleep, return to normal activity and skip the pain killers. What a relief! Dr. Mar is very knowledgeable, intuitive and empathetic. I will continue seeing him on my way to full recovery and prevention of future injury.
